At Calef, we want every fragrance to find its way to you just as intended. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, please contact us at shopcalef@gmail.com with your order details and photos. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
